The hotel's breakfast had good variety and the pool area was nicely shaded, perfect for a swim on a hot day. the location was great, with easy access to the city's main attractions within walking distance.
The noise from the pool area was unbearable, especially during weekends when there were many families with loud children. while the location and amenities were good, the atmosphere and noise level need improvement to provide a better guest experience.

We stayed at a hotel in Malang that was conveniently located near the city center. the room was clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. the staff were friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to help us charge our phones. the breakfast had a good variety of options, and the hotel offered excursions with a helpful driver.
The pool-view rooms were noisy, with loud echoes from swimmers throughout the day and night.

The surroundings of the hotel were truly amazing, with a beautiful pool and restaurant area. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the spaciousness of our room, which allowed us to relax and feel comfortable during our stay. we had a room with a great view that added to the overall experience.
The pool water was quite chilly, which made it difficult to swim for long periods of time. the noise level was relatively high, especially on weekends, which could be a disturbance for some guests.
